Pros
There are no best reasons to work here! This company is part of Barking & Dagenham Council and promote bullying by their managers and also discrimination and harassment as well as Bullying by their Supervisors and Managers which is upheld and protected by senior regional managers! Would you work for these people! I would not even contemplate it! They are happy to have people treating employees with utter contempt and lies about what they are doing! This is unacceptable and normal for these people! Don’t know how they have come to exist at all, I will make sure that I tell as many people as O can about what these people stand for!!! Which is corruption and bullying of staff in the schools!
