Was lied to about average commission earnings that was almost $8000 a year short of estimates, had 5 different direct supervisors in 6 months. Saw financial statements and the branch I worked for was budgeted at -$140k loss every year. No support, training, or accountability. Not enough work for staffing levels. Spent more time playing on my phone than doing actual work. No 401k match either. They use a profit sharing method that may or may not be good depending on how the branch does.

Very ignorant people, not fun to get along with, stuffy environment, upper management is very much under qualified to make decisions. Some branches are operated by immature people who should not be in their position. Uneducated boring people that are not interested in employee thoughts even if they are best for business. Think about it, they sell bearings, how exciting can that be???
