Other than the benefits,I can't think of any.

Cons

Favouritism. Only 1 team in the company get to be promoted despite there is not much contribution and if the HOD resigned, the only staff in the department got promoted despite her incapability! The management staffs misused the benefits given. (petrol are pumped into spouse's car and also allowing their own kids to use the car freely and top up petrol using co petrol card)

Package is in line with market. Perks and staff benefits are reasonably good.

Cons

Too focus on processes and reports that results in time and effort that should be spent understanding what customers need. CRM system in place but too little transfer of knowledge and sharing of info. Lack flexibility as a result. Most importantly, the top management are too high up to understand the market. Too arrogant to admit areas to improve and hear problems at the ground level.
