      Great culture, a lot of amazing people, great talent and great technology

      It could be more nulti-cultural and it should have more funding to get where it deserves to get to.

      Pros

      The company is growing fast but is still at an early stage and therefore you'll be able to work directly with the founders and first hirings, which is very enriching.

      Cons

      Much of the company culture happens at HQ, which means you won't be able to get the full experience if hired remotely. They do make an effort to get everyone involved and connected.
