      Pros

      Young people, very motivated team, great older advisors... It is really pleasure to have open minded young people combined with good and experienced advisors around you.

      Cons

      Not very easy to get an contract extensions as the assistant. You need to be really needed to get an extension. Contract renewal needs to happen every year.
