      Pros

      Growth mindset workplace - BFITS wishes to support their employees to deliver the best to the students and they are also very supportive to those who wish to develop their professional skills. Visa - BFITS takes away the stress of figuring out everything to do with obtaining a visa, as they have a very attentive, dedicated visa team.

      Cons

      The interview process was a bit difficult, as there were some miscommunications and difficulties arranging a time to meet online, as sometimes the interviewer did not show up without messaging.
