      Good pay, availability of overtime

      Cons

      Benefits not great, very difficult to get 1st shift, no shift differential for working 2nd or 3rd, takes too long to get vacation time

      Pros

      Team atmosphere in process of being implemented. Wages were in line with competition, minimal overtime required and work occurred within climate controlled areas primarily.

      Cons

      Off shift supervisors have little to no say in personnel matters. Shifts were ran as being in competition with each other rather than being ran in concert with one another. Employees were able to circumvent supervision due to an unprofessional relaxation of policies with tenured employees.
