Pros
-stable income and thats about it
Cons
-no flexibility at all. No sick days. The team in China require you to finger scan to track hours and attendance every day even if you are salary. - They will lie to you in the interview. They will tell you what you want to hear and then they will back track on everything during onboarding - Lack leadership . While working there I have had 4 different managers. Each worse than the last. They run the company under a chinese work culture which is more demanding and high strung compared to what you are probably use to - they will lowball you on your salary so if you choose to work here you have to fight for higher pay - do no expect a promotion/ raise for at least 3 years. - there is no growth / path what you are hired to do is basically all you will ever do - leadership has no accountability they will always point fingers and blame workers instead of take responsibility. Do not work here they will tell you they are Australian company but they are a chinese company -benefits are bare minimum, bad health insurance. No 401k nothing else
