Salary Providers are great to work with Other practice managers are some of the best co-workers I've ever worked with
Cons
Zero support from HR or your leadership. Your Associate Directors will not let you hold staff members accountable for IF the staff member decides to work that day or not; or even if you can get in touch with your associate director for months at a time. But, if you're sick one day and dont go in to work despite having a work excuse from a physician, then you're out. There have been 9 associate directors in the last 2.5 years. 3 directors. 3 cfo's. 2 hr directors.
