Low pay seems like there’s a lot of buzz with investors having a piece of the pie now which causes external noise

Strategies are changing every 2 weeks, layoffs, low pay, bad data. Bill loves to take advantage of customers but say that they put the customer first. I could go on forever…. Definitely would not recommend working here.

In my time at Bill, I've never had the same metrics for more than a quarter or two. There have been multiple RIFs, and leadership seems to jump from one short term goal to the next. They seem to make decisions and push initiatives based on the next impending earnings call, rather than investing in long term health and stability.

It is very easy to be overworked here. The pace of work is very fast, and there is little you can do to pushback on a rush job that can cause issues.
