Pros
The staff at BJ's is incredibly easy to get along with. Store managers encourage communication and support within the server/front house community. Learning the long, extensive menu was relatively simple, but only with the help of my associates. Working in a restuarant takes a toll on one's mental, and physical health, but the environment created by BJ's Restaurants makes the effort well worth it.
Cons
Because of the high standards employees of BJ's Restaurants are held to, there can start to become an unnerving amount of pressure added to most of the positions. However, this can, and has, easily become less of an issue over time with the help of teamwork and encouragement throughout the staff members.

Coworkers and you trim down fat from walking a lot
Cons
management lacks strong communication customers are always awful kitchen was slow but it’s due to understaffing due to skeleton crew like practices (cheap company) customers are AWFUL

I loved working here because of my co-workers. They have a great team mentality, and hold people accountable for their contributions to the team. They also make working fun and enjoyable.
Cons
The communication between management is sometimes difficult to work with. Most of the guests are college kids so tips can be hard to live off of when it is Christmas/ summer break.

Pros
Being able to receive a shift meal every shift to provide food. The pay was well. The experience with how food was prepped and made was informal.
Cons
The attitude and environment. Managers being selfish and not being adequately consistent with communication or encouraging. They were just unreliable in many ways that were important.
