The manager I reported to was AWESOME!

Cons

Ownership and the Executive team refuse to empower anyone. It's nearly impossible to get anything done in a timely fashion because your hamstrung by them at every turn; even simple, routine tasks require approval. Resources rarely go to the areas where they are needed most. The family atmosphere that once was has gone the way of the dinosaur.

•BJG has taken steps to accommodate remote working, so if it is something you are interested in, that is a huge benefit. •Good PTO benefits

Cons

Everyone has a different leadership style; however, in my personal experience, I have received condescending lectures and belittling remarks from the highest leaders. I would advise that you consider your career aspirations prior to joining the company as upward mobility is limited. The company culture is sink or swim, so if that bothers you or you like a collaborative environment, look elsewhere.
