      Poor Management & Toxic People

      Nothing that i can ever think off , i wouldn’t want to even give a 1 star rating.

      Cons

      Management laid off their employee based on their favour. Favour those who has blood ties & kick out those who isnt. Pure family company who is not innovative , poor performance , non ethical & what not. Couldnt explain as there are ample of nonsense going around the company. Poor management. People come to work , play , sleep , get a high salary - just basically because they are family tied. Work politics at its best , toxic work culture & i would highly advice to not apply for this company if you are looking for a career progression. Not to forget low salary wage with unmatched job scope.

      Laid back staff who gets along well

      Cons

      Some groups of people are obviously favoured to lead even when lacking communication skills, people skill and empathy. Very archaic system of leave and not pro family. FM rude and biased towards a certain ethnic group. Set rules which can be broken by one group but not the other. Disrespectful when communicating but will suck up to higher level mgmt.

      Favouritism & Nepotism. FM is super toxic resulted a number of good employees departure. Poor Management, treating employees like chess game.
