Pros

Many at first but none now that true colors have been presented.

Cons

Not sure where to begin. Very unstable company with many promises that will not be lived up to. Save your time, energy, and emotional investment and look elsewhere for employment. Very sad when 4 employees can be let go, hung up on, and thrown to the curb with no notice or consideration.

Pros

The benefits sound nice on paper

Cons

Red flags left and right once you get in the door. Do yourself a big favor and RUN! Mass layoffs over "culture"and generally shady dealings. Watched several employees get thrown to the wolves.

If it sounds too good to be true, it is.

Pros

Some of the non-leadership level employees are very nice.

Cons

At the end of the day, if a job or company sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Leadership makes a lot of promises but they are unrealistic. The company is growing without the resources, tools, and leadership to support the growth, placing onus on the employees. It can be an emotional rollercoaster. Leadership tells employees how much they appreciate them one week and then terminates half of those same employees the next week. Three employees were let go in one week. It may be worth noting that a recent news article about BS+Co. highlights their new office in downtown Knoxville and mentions a new slate of local employees. The employees that were let go just prior to that were all remote and made up about 65% of the remote team. A lot of value is placed on autonomy. It is sold to employees as a benefit of working for a "non-agency" agency. But there is a difference between autonomy to make strategic decisions for a client and being expected to deliver without the support and resources in place to do so. The right kind of person could be fine here, but if you are looking for stability and trust, proceed with caution and a bit of skepticism.
