      Pros

      Working and caring for clients with disabilities can be rewarding. Not sure what else to say that’s good.

      Cons

      Unprofessional, inconsistent with fairness on treatment of employees with policies and procedures. If you have to take a day off they treat you like it’s the end of the world. Absolutely terrible to work for.
