Pros

- if you are super desperate then it’s a stable income but apart from that you are signing up for your own torture

Cons

- disgusting management and HR department that sweeps any issues under the rug - no regard for employee wellbeing - back to back calls with little to no breaks, forced overtime, sneaky about paying you correctly for overtime and PH days - if you are good at your job you will be forced to work harder and do more for management with no extra pay or compensation - extremely high staff turnover, if you find friends they won’t be there for long - management respond to any issues with refusal to change and blame others

Pros

Work is interesting and challenging

Cons

Worst job I’ve ever had Aggressive business, cut corners to make a buck Culture is one where people want to see you fail rather than succeed to make themselves look good or to preserve themselves Awful place to work at
