Very nice working atmosphere, challenging tasks, challenging rhythm, plenty of opportunities to get experience(especially for juniors/students), nice relationships with management.
Cons
Sometimes there can be a little organizational chaos, especially close to release dates. Requirements are not always well defined and clear.
