Big and stable company. Salaries on time. Long term job security. Good work life balance. Customer centric approach.

Cons

One of the lowest salary structures in market. Spaghetti management with unclear distribution of power. Beyond a certain point you can only climb the ladder if you are Egyptian. No increments.

Cons

Unorganized. No salary increment for years.Negotiate well before joining and consider the package for at least 8 to 10 years.
