Pros

Catered lunches, reasonable pay, good bonuses, great location in the Transamerica Pyramid financial district, New York market hours, benefits are okay...but geared toward mid to later career traders/ upper-middle to upper class incomes

Cons

Only hires extremely overqualified candidates, absolutely no career growth, a lot of micromanagement, no 401k retirement contribution for employees, not a place for early career - young people will work hard and be expected to carry more of a workload than their tenured coworkers

Pros

There is no reason to work with these bad people

Cons

they lie. they steal. they treat their customers with no respect. they treat their employees worse. they are a HR nightmare and a compliance lawsuit waiting to happen. I would steer very clear from this firm as an employee, client and especially an investor.

Pros

-Formula based compensation which is meritocratic -You are in S&T so can hope to hop to a better platform

Cons

-Horrible culture and a lack of products to sell. -Businesses come purely from the relationships you can bring from from the previous job
