      Competitive pay, good benefits, commensurate time off policy, very easy going, and very responsive leadership. ***UPDATE*** Due to recent changes in personnel, another pro is the company has a knack for identifying issues and resolving them quickly!!

      Cons

      *** Had to update this. Apparently, as I reviewed the department from when I was hired over a year ago, they have hired new HR folks who are DEFINITELY doing their job well!

      A family oriented & focused Company that is serious about their mission and mission support. Truly passionate about helping their employees succeed and progress in not only their career, but their lives as a whole. Starting at the Top and working the way down, this company clearly demonstrates the value of leadership 360% as they truly understand that the jobs within the company are not easy across the board. Everyone in the staff will go the extra 9 - 10 miles to assist you. I have never seen another company that remotely comes close to BTS, it is an absolute honor and privilege to be a part of this team.

      None for this company. Other companies should model the ethics, climate and structure of this company.

      Pros

      Excellent mentorship and pay. BTS offers one of the most competitive salaries and at the same time treats its employees with dignity and respect. I have always felt listened to and cared for by BTS. BTS also makes efforts to reward their employees with lucrative bonuses and future career opportunities.

      Cons

      Only con is that I didn't work for BTS sooner.
