Backerlabs Technologies Inc. Java Fullstack Developer reviews

I have been working with Backerlabs Technologies Inc. for the past 4 years. I took their program on Fullstack Java for about 3 months. The program was pretty good and I got to get explained from the basics. The only problem was that the trainer after every 3 weeks used to reschedule a class and my other occupancy got distracted for that reason. Nevertheless, after I went to marketing people, they helped me a lot by preparing me with mock-ups, and only after 4 interviews, I cracked the fifth one. In the meantime, my H1B also got picked up, and the pay rate is also in a timely manner. The only thing that is paid is leaves, and increments are something that I think I deserve more than what I am getting now. I talked with the delivery manager, but didn't get a satisfactory response back from their end regarding my hike. One of the major banks is my client, and I think I deserve a pay rise from Backerlabs Technologies Inc., which to me is justified for the work I deliver and client feedback to Backerlabs Technologies Inc. for my project scope.
