      Pros

      Good salary, good living conditions on board and generally good vessels.

      Cons

      The company seems like does not have any strategic planning. Decisions are made and then changed in short periods. Very bad communication. As a seaman you’re a garbage in the eyes of shore personnel. Only emails, which are rarely replied to, are the communication method between office and a seaman.
