      Pros

      The compensation is decent. The infrastructure technology is very strong. You can learn a lot. It's a good tool for enhancing your resume and gaining experience.

      Cons

      The company as a whole is declining. Every team is extremely inefficient and unable to produce results. Basically, everyone is trying to protect themselves, there is a lack of unity, and the turnover rate is very high.
