Pros

Worked with a lot of kind, motivated clients.

Cons

Something I rack my brains about to this day is how I was paid $1400 every 2 weeks working here. I saw on average 54 clients in that time span. How in the actual world was I paid 1/4 of what I brought this company in? How can a company feel okay gypping novice therapists out of 3/4 of what they bring in? A bunch of bullies this company is. Literally the worst company I have ever worked for. So much overhead. So little support. And I’m just sad at the amount of time I worked here. Therapists dropped like flies here. Do yourself a favor and never work here they will treat you like crap and then ask you why you didn’t meet your deliverables? They turned therapy into an corporate business. It’s flabbergasting to see upper management in their little crew having such a fun time, woo! I felt like a peon working here.

Pros

autonomy in clinical technique, colleagues are pretty responsive via collaboration emails

Cons

This agency is ran like a mega-corporation, their main priority is making as much money as possible by billing client sessions, everything else (including client care and employee mental health) comes second. Also the pay is way below what most other agencies are paying today.

Pros

Friendships with other therapists and employees that left.

Cons

There are so many negative aspects about this company. There was rampant nepotism: the owner/CEO only hires family and friends and the entire management team just does what he says. The exit interview was awkward and I didn't say why I quit because you do it with the HR person and apparently they are good friends outside of work. He would also belittle other employees, therapists and front desk staff and say they don't know what they're talking about or put them down in anyway (and in front of us over zoom). My mental health has increased so much since leaving.
