      Management does not know what they are doing. Cronyism is rampant. Part of every company but really excessive here. Advancement not based on merit.

      Pros

      World class Professional leadership. Great company in its day. The company is now owned by another business entity. However prior to its sale, there was tremendously positive morale. I appreciated the professionalism of the management staff and the support from fellow employees.

      Cons

      None. There wasn't much wrong with Balboa Insurance. The company was well structured; provided effective leadership and positive direction. It's was unfortunate after many years in business that it to an end.
