Cons
Micromanagement from top level. No support is given by manager when asked. No work from home options. Inside sales doesn’t even have laptop have to work on desktop computers which strain your eyes. Gloomy office and environment. Very toxic culture. You are always under camera scrutiny. No flexibility in breaks which reduce productivity. Entire team has resigned back to back because of one manager but even after several complaints the higher management has not taken any action. No whistleblower policy. Psychologically unsafe.
