Pros

Great clients Nice colleagues Good work life balance

Cons

No benefits like commute, learning, certificates. Offers remote work, but won’t have the benefits to support a monitor or even a basic cable. If you work in the “virtual” department, the only benefit is the office. Will most likely work solo or in a small team, it will feel that Baltic Assist is just there to take cut of your salary with nothing in return, as your day to day will be with the client. Baltic Assist doesn’t know what or how I work, but they are responsible for raises and I can’t discuss my salary with a client. “Company Pulse” type surveys are not published to the employees. Banned team buildings without management as people were saying “negative stuff” about the company

Pros

If you are looking for a remote or hybrid position - it's the best choice. The company is providing a lot of freedom from working location to ideas, suggestions and growth.

Cons

The salary can be a bit low at first, but if you prove yourself and are able to sell your achievements, you can earn more.
