The pay was fair, but not worth the pain of the day to day nonsense.
Cons
Racist, sexist, antisemitic, poor management, huge HR issue, no HR to speak of, like working with high school fraternity boys, everyone is required to adopt a nickname base on the employee's shortfalls, they use every opportunity to put you down and make you feel awful about yourself, no female sales reps, no African-Americans, Hispanic, Asian or Jewish employed, bad business practices, rip off merchants, too much driving...cost of gas and auto maintenance eats up the salary paid, horrible health insurance and offer no dental, pay only 1x per month, awful training. A real disgrace! STAY AWAY!! This company really needs to be investigated. Upper management seem to hire their relatives.
