Pros

Worked with Amazing US Coworkers.

Cons

Lack of ability to adapt to global business standards, Poor strategy, Low pay scale. Upper management are performing based on outdated principles. Their theory is that the Japanese can do anything and everything so they place unprepared and inexperienced staff in key strategically positions that impact financial bottom line and lay off US staff as a consequence. People who speak up on issues gets canned. Don't understand the difference in Japanese v/s US social work treatment.
