      Pre-2021 - great people - great opportunities to progress

      Cons

      Post-2021 much has changed, many long term people have left - too many Chiefs - mandatory CV vaccination policy - some Depts are consistently understaffed eg/ branches, Loans. - My team was cut from 6 to 3, where I had had opportunity for development I now had no time.

      Pros

      Some good development opportunities, quite easy to get promotions. Some very good new appointments of staff!

      Cons

      Oldies need to go, too many people clinging to the past and it’s going to sink this bank. Salaries are pathetic. The lending team is an absolute mess with a super high turnover which puts lots of pressure on other areas of the bank.
