      Pros

      People tend to take care of each others. Senior management are more understanding and not very pushy.

      Cons

      Conservative family owned bank, pace a little slow for a bank. It is a little harder to rise up the ranks, due to the fact that most people there have worked in the bank for 20+ years.

      For those who hates hierarchy, since it still have a lot of boomers from the former bank
