Pros
The company is financially stable. The work environment is very much like a family and the office itself is a comfortable place to work. Salaries and benefits are about like other companies in Phoenix.
Cons
A privately owned corporation run by personalities rather than policies. Upper management is not engaged with the employees, and it is a run primarily for the benefit of the owners. Employees are viewed as expendable, so there's a lot of turnover.
