- Very strong footing in the German market - High quality investor based - Seasoned founders - Ability to get a lot of things done in short period of time

- Dependency on external funding - Workload can be high sometimes - Organization is a moving target given growth pains of a start-up

Initially fast growing company with professional operations and promising product, good learning experience
Cons
Some people in senior management lack integrity and leadership experience. After changes last year this issue has gotten worse and the company culture is deteriorating. More and more good colleagues are leaving, I am also looking.
