Pros

There are a few people that were nice, but they only work there because there isn't anything else around unless you drive into the cities.

Cons

Horrible culture, toxic, micromanaged, no remote work, zero innovation, run by Excel and only focus is profit.

Pros

You get paid and that's about it. Some of the people were good to work with.

Cons

The managers kiss the owner's feet and could care a less about sticking up for their team. The office environment was very uninviting, eerily quiet, and we were all stuffed in like sardines. Once one person got sick the rest of us did not long after. There was way too much micromanagement and nobody had a clue what was going on. This was far an away the worst employer I have worked for.
