Pros

They seem nice and friendly, know what to say. But in reality, once the magic wears off, it’s not so much.

Cons

You will be under paid for any position in the corporate office. If you have mental health issues, do not get this job. It’s very alarming when the VP of HR slams her hand on the table repeatedly saying “stop talking about mental health.” She proceeded to stand up over me with her hands on her hips (intimidation tactics). They will write you up for performance. Which affects your next raise as you’re paid for performance. They will not provide direct feedback that will stop you from getting a performance write-up. There is no “for the people.” There is no job advancement at this company. They hold back manager and director titles from people who deserve it. Mainly because they’ll get larger bonuses, aka the company has to pay more money. And they’d get more stake in the company as well. You will be talked down to about your position, how you’re low and early in your career and how you “don’t have as much experience as the Vp of Hr.” Seriously?? DONT DO IT. No matter how it appears. Do not trust their benchmarking as I was given an offer in the same industry, to do the same work, for 13,000$ more. It’s wild when u do your own research.
