      Good pay, decent benefits. Good work hours.

      Cons

      Constant changes in software in an attempt to go with the least expensive option.Wasting time and resources. By having to retrain in new software even if only keeping it for a trial. Very disorganized at the top. Cutting our budgets by thousands of dollars a year. Telling us to tighten our belts. Think this company will be in serious trouble in the near future.
