      Pros

      Flexible, no micro-managing, telecommuting options, work from home, great management, training provided, ability to work independently, collaborative, company that helps people.

      Cons

      Company is government funded, and the government can pull those contracts at any time. No other downsides aside from that.

      Great Mentorship for a headstart in your career

      Pros

      Ben was my supervisor during my internship, and he was extremely helpful in providing valuable feedback and facilitating collaborations with various departments within the workplace. This allowed me to gain a range of skills beyond what I initially signed up for.

      Cons

      Since this is a remote work arrangement with your peers working from various locations, scheduling becomes a challenging aspect of this work.
