This is a fraud company, they dissolve every 3 months just to re-immerge with a new scam

Pros

Absolutely nothing, the HR's sub-standard and are just there to hunt prey (Freshers from tier 2 cities and simple-minded individuals)

Cons

They never pay salaries They will have 3 hrs meetings almost every day (which anyone with even a single brain cell knows is not productive) No marketing (They have no budget) You need to enroll only personal leads (your friends and family members) The only people who have gotten their salaries so far at Basic First are mythical knights riding dragons (They don't exist) Ladies in my team have complained the owner is a womanizer (multiple complaints) Not safe for ladies The owner will call girls in the team on VC late at night (No reason)

Worst Start-up company with very non supportive leadership team

No Prons.. there is nothing good about it

Cons

Offices doesn't even have basic amenities like washrooms, drinking water, etc. Very non supportive staff, be it HR, or senior leadership team. mostly staff is uncultured, don't even know how to professionally handle things. Promises you a salary increment and never gives it, mostly people they hire are told that they will get salary hike after a month of work as they pay less when they hire, but then nothing happens. Main reason of not working here is unprofessional staff, no flexibility in working, no work from home and no basic hygine in offices.
