Pros
- most colleagues are nice and easy to get along with - good medical benefit (but can be considered bare minimum if you compare it to what other MNCs offer, it also does not increase with inflation) - work life balance is good, was able to leave on the dot on most days - only beneficial for a fresh graduate who wants to add an MNC company to their resume
Cons
- below market rate salaries that are heavily reliant on bonuses. annual salary is really pathetic without factoring in bonus - MNC on paper, SME in reality. Singapore office is being run like a typical SME, where there are alot of distrusts and micromanaging going on between management and employees - some politics ongoing within the company which can be quite annoying if you are the kind that can't tolerate politics - hybrid working is offered only for certain departments, which causes unhappiness and jealousy across the board with some non-hybrid employees trying to sabotage the hybrid benefit. - office culture puts a heavy emphasis on being physically present - family-like culture - little to no progression as management at the top have been there for many years - really tight on the budget making it difficult to get budget approval for projects
