Organization: For its size, BassTech operates like a multinational corporation that has a personal touch. Offices in several other countries allow for sourcing materials and business in various markets to be conducted with ease. Since BassTech is small and nimble, responsibilities must cross over to each team member. Multiple hats must be worn, though never feeling overloaded with work. Great support team as well!!! Freedom to work with customers to achieve their goals as opposed to constantly straining to meet sales goals and quarterly deadlines. BassTech prioritizes the relationships fostered over years of strong business results instead of short-term sales. The employee turnover is nonexistent. Cons
Sourcing new applications for products and developing new market verticals can take a long time. However, management does a great job working with you to develop strategies that save time and keep you motivated and focused. Inevitably, sales cycles are very long. Specialty Chemicals and Polymers need to be tested and approved before adoption, but the pricing and service is competitive in the market, so if approved, long lasting relationships with customers are established.
