Cons
1. Salary not come on time 2. No PF deductions 3. They add mandatory variable component in salary and give the variable component very late after 2 years (min) that too with deduction of approx 40%. 4. In case of any concern you need to approach to company's MD. No Manager or HR involvement/approval work. Nothing in hand of Manager/HR. In fact for long leaves also you need to approach to MD, no Manager/HR involvement. 5. You need to come to office before 11 AM and if in case you come by 11:01 AM then half day leave would be deducted from your quota. 6. They did not give Salary/Pay slips. 7. Lunch time is fixed at 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM. Regardless you are hungry at this time or not, you have to take this break and all lights and computers are shut down during this time. 8. For every cultural event or celebration, company force all employees to contribute 100-200 Rs. for celebration and snacks. Company never sponsor this events also. 9. In case of company's MD or Director's birthday also the HR forces you to contribute 100-200 Rs. for celebration and snacks. 10. No professional culture in company. Employers come in floaters and sandals. No restrictions form HR. 11. 9 hours compulsory in office. If you go out then you need to spend that out time more in office. 12. No parking facility of junior/new employees. These employees need to park outside and the senior/old employees can park in basement. 13. They force to sign a bond of 2 years to all employees freshers and experience both. And ask them to submit a check of rupees which they calculate as 7 times multiplication of your monthly salary (fixed + variable). 14. Sandwich leave system. Means if you take leave in between holiday then they will count that holiday also. Example if you take leave on Friday and Monday then they will cut 4 days of leave. 15. Work on old technologies and domain. 16. Work for for small clients. 17. Family members are present at top management. Thus no scope left for growth. 18. Flattery & Gossip you will find everywhere.
