Unlimited use of the facility. Encouraged to experience the space. Generous discounts. Flexible schedule. Cool co-workers. Space to develop and hone skills.

Cons

Too many therapists on schedule which can result in less than ideal booked scheduling. Growing very fast and losing some of the initial charm and appeal.

Pros

Shorter massages. Hydraulic tables. Talented coworkers who have a great communal vibe. Good communication with management through slack. Usually easy to find coverage. It’s the most organized place I’ve worked at from a management point of view and I do feel like they are on top of it. Obviously not everything is constantly perfect, but if you think this is bad you haven’t worked anywhere else.

Cons

Not an excess of available regular shifts. A lot of weird clients. Clients think tipping is optional and management is not willing to making gratuity mandatory. This has lead to the pay being less competitive.
