      Pros

      It is a fast growing small company which has advanced technologies, agrresive marketing and development, and very competetive spectroscopic products.

      Cons

      The management is very messy. The managers do not show respect to the employees, and require working over-time frequently without pay.

      Pros

      -Great parking. -Conveniently located near several lunch options.

      Cons

      -Constant attempts from management to overwork employees while underpaying them. -Management, up to and including the CEO, lack any leadership skills, professionalism, or consideration for their employees. -There is no opportunity for advancement, professional development, or salary increase. You will forever be stuck at the level you were hired. -The entire company thrives on paranoia and distrust - towards their vendors, customers, and even fellow employees.

      Some advanced spectrometer products, decent facilities and more than sufficient parking lots, do not need to think what to do

      Cons

      tactless boss without respect to employees, poor salary and compensation, Chinese spoken company, nothing you can learn, requires overtime working without payment
