-Highly toxic environment, 'Yes Sir and 'My way or High way ' Culture.
The CEO is kind of an authoritarian, thinks only about the money but not about the people who help them him bring it. He calls people who dont bring in money as 'charity'
-Highly Micromanaged, they will monitor youe break and lunch timings and then chuck you out for it. You will come to another country and then be left hanging
-They dont care about employees, its surprising they have been here for 25 years , they dont knpw how to run a good company.
-They are too proud of their product, they dont care about competition and accept changes hence they are struggling in the market
-no leaves, no Work from home, they treat employees like kids who need to be put on leash and rebuked
-they speak about values but have zero in reality.
-all in all they will threaten you with your visa status and chuck you out if you try and bring change or even voice it out
The HR and other manages can only survive if they are a Yes SIr to CEO, those who have spoken out have been chucked out.
