Reasonable compensation package. Fully work from home with no physical office.
Cons
Micromanagement. You'll be penalised for not listening to your boss obediently. No direction or guidance given, even for new staff. Company does not honor certain claims due to cost saving initiative. You'll only be told to save cost when you joined the company and not before/during interview process. Manager does not respect subordinates, expect to be reprimanded harshly for trival matters and be issued verbal warnings. You're expected to be on working even if you are on leave and get fired without any prior feedback given.
