The personnel were mostly easy to work with and professional. The dress code was very relaxed and you could go to the office in shorts if you wanted to. There were really no office politics.
Cons
The pay was much lower than the other local companies. The benefits were also much lower. There was no advancement opportunity, it was pretty much a dead end job.
