There is no opportunity to grow, no benefits, high employee rotation, CEO is disrespectful, bully boss and micromanager and promotes gossip. There is no culture or team work, very divisive environment.

Sexually harassed and psychologically manipulated by the CEO for over a year. When I asked him to stop, I was demoted and had my projects taken away. He watches the cars in the parking lot, comments on your appearance, tells stories about his sex life and walks around the building in his mountain biking suit. Coworkers are encouraged to gossip in order to stay in good favor with the boss. Personal Finanicial contributions are expected for the boss’s birthday and holidays and HR tells him how much people gave. If you do t give anything, he will mention it to you in a one-on-one, which always happen behind closed doors. I kept at it thinking I could just work harder and that showing positive results and meeting KPI’s would improve this situation, but this was the most devistating role I have ever held in my 20 year career.
