None. HBC is the lowest paying in the aircraft industry. People generally work there a few years to gain experience and move on to better paying jobs

Pros

Aviation is a great industry to work in when economy is good - bad when it is bad. Customers are for the most part awesome and that is what makes it worthwhile.

Cons

Management keeps their head in the sand and it is running the company in the ground. I have been working here for 20 years and have seen things come full circle and management reinvents the wheel and we are back at square 1 and they scratch their heads and wonder why. They do not listen to customers and employee feedback and actually consider customers who demand better service as "problem customers" and do not return their phone calls and run them off.

The pay is decent for the wichita area. The ability to advance within the company is very good. It is a company that has an excellent product and the potential for continued growth if management can pull things together and focus on what is important to the end product and employee satisfaction.

Cons

Too many managers and most of them focused on all the wrong things. Bad decisions resulting in forced overtime. forced overtime worked when parts are not available to complete the goals of you being there in the first place. Micro management from every level.
