Impactful client work overshadowed by poor boundaries and management

This company lacks boundaries, they will contact you outside of work hours to sub for sessions. I have told them i'm unavailable several times and they continue to text me like it's spam. In addition you do not have an office for client materials and will be carrying it with you to sessions which also shows a lack of boundaries because i've lost some client materials at home and had to think about it when i'm not at work. I've also had a negative experience with an extremely rude supervisor who I felt uncomfortable working with because he would mock me when I talk and yell at me during client sessions and make me feel shame if I performed a program incorrectly. FYI I've been ghosted by three of my supervisors when I asked for assistance on a school case. I falsely believed my work environment would be supportive and professional.
