      Company: high growth company that is focusing on a productionalized data science tool focusing on language processing for issues like compliance, fraud and misconduct. Team: Positive, open and smart people who are great to work with.

      1. Many smart people working well together doesn't come by so easily and often 2. Mainly WFH with flexible working hours. Able to get work life balance, work around your own timing 3. hosts company wide events quite often 4. Great product that has a very good and unique selling point

      Cons

      1. Startup mentality means there will be changes or updates often 2. Regional coverage means meeting timings may not be only during office hours 3. Tech industry is bound by tech advancements which may shake the industry.
